Quite often ministries take it upon themselves to manage the construction of eMi designs.  This takes their resources and attention away from the area of ministry they are called to serve in the first place. This may not only compromise the quality of construction of the eMi provided design, but more importantly increase the risk to the health and safety of those the ministry intends to serve. As a result eMi EA mobilizes Christian professionals with degrees or long-term work experience in residential or commercial construction management and/or general contracting to assist ministries for 6-12 months with their construction management needs.
