Chad's Story
I grew up without a knowledge of Christ or His many blessings. Once in college I was exposed to the gospel and did quite a significant amount of study into the claims of Christ and the validity of the Bible. I then determined in my heart that the Bible is true and that Christ is to be followed. I really had no idea what that decision would mean and still to this day I am finding out more about the joy and blessings of following Christ.

Professional Training and Experience
B.S. Civil Engineering, University of the Pacific, 1996
While in college I worked for a soils testing lab and then the county road design department. Upon obtaining my degree in Civil Engineering my wife and I moved to Oregon where I was a part of two different design firms. I worked mainly in property development designing subdivisions and site civil work for commercial buildings. I also designed a number of projects for local municipalities.

Ministry Experience
I have been involved in ministry ever since college with my first trip to Costa Rica in the summer of 1995. I then went to Mexico for a couple different construction ministry trips, then with eMi went to Uganda and Nigeria. I have been a part of almost 20 different ministry trips either as a member, co-leader or leader to 7 different countries.

If God told me to live long term in a cross-cultural setting, the country I would choose...Uganda, hey I am here now!! Praise the Lord!

Verses to Live By
Therefore my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. 1 Cor. 15:58

Where there is no vision the people perish. Proverbs 29:18
